The Scarlet Scroll

Emma Califato
Emma Califato is a senior at Mater Dei and is the Managing Editor of The Scarlet Scroll. In addition to working on the newspaper, Califato is also involved in ASB where she is the head commissioner of Special Events and is involved in clubs such as CJSF, NHS, Campus Ministry, and Journalism club. Califato enjoys helping out her community by being a part of the Assistance League of Tustin, participating in many of her parish activities, and assisting teachers with their summer school classes at Holy Family Cathedral School. Some of her hobbies include hanging out with her friends and family, listening to music, going to the beach, reading, writing, baking, and babysitting. Califato hopes that this year, the newspaper can allow students' voices to be heard and serve as a way to bring the Mater Dei community together.
