La Primavera Instrumental Music Concert

Tomorrow, Friday, March 15, the Instrumental Music program will perform their concert, La Primavera. It will take place at 7pm at Christ Cathedral’s Freed Theatre. Senior Hailey Mouat encourages Monarchs to watch La Primavera and enjoy the variety of musical scores that will be performed. “It’s a really fun experience and we play a bunch of different types of music so there’s something for everybody,” Mouat said. 

Special Games

On Saturday, March 16, Mater Dei will host their annual Special Games. From 7am-2pm, students will have the opportunity to lead fun activities for people with special needs and bond with them on a personal level. Senior Isabella Colicchio looks forward to volunteering for Special Games as she appreciates the close-knit community. “My favorite part is being able to see how happy the athletes are while playing the games and being part of this community because it’s a special part of their year,” Colicchio said.
