Senior Musical:
Saturday, April 27 was the last performance of Mean Girls at 2pm and 7pm in Santa Ana College’s Phillips Hall. Seniors got to perform one last time in this iconic show as the Mater Dei community watched them shine on stage. Senior Annabelle Cox shares her favorite part about performing in Mean Girls. “I loved getting to experience something new and growing closer with new and old friends,” Cox said.
Wellness Week:
Today marks the beginning of Mater Dei’s Wellness Week with a fun spirit dress option of fuzzy socks when you purchase a green ribbon. Various lunch activities will be hosted in Shamrock Plaza to stimulate the well-being of students. Take a breather this week and focus on being mindful of the present moment.
Mater Dei Art Show:
Starting on Tuesday, April 30, Mater Dei’s visual arts classes will display their work in the Monarch Pavillion from 1-3pm this week. From unique ceramic creations to animated short films, students have worked tirelessly to create beautiful works of art. Be sure to check them out sometime this week!
