Varsity Baseball @ Simi Valley (CIF Playoffs):

On Tuesday, May 20, the Mater Dei Varsity Baseball Team competed against Simi Valley in the CIF Playoffs. The game began at 3:15 p.m. at Simi Valley High School. The Monarchs will continue their playoff run this Friday after winning with a score of 6-4. Come and cheer on our Monarchs as they seek a CIF title!

V Boys Volleyball vs. St. Augustine (Southern CA Regionals):

The Monarch Varsity Boys Volleyball Team hosted St. Augustine in the Southern California Regional playoffs on May 20. The competitive game began at 6 p.m. in the Meruelo Athletic Center. This game, with its high stakes of advancing in the regional bracket, was one not to be missed. The Monarchs won with a winning score of 3-1. Congratulations to these MD athletes!

Senior Awards: 

During Senior Awards, on Tuesday, May 20, many graduating students were recognized for both academic excellence and displaying Honor, Glory and Love in their everyday lives. Select Mater Dei students received honors including Valedictorian and Salutatorian, Baccalaureate Mass Speaker, and Monarch of the Year. Congratulations to the Class of 2025 Awardees. You make our Monarch family proud!
