Senior Goodbye Rally:

On Wednesday, May 21, the MD community gathered together to honor the Class of 2025 during the Senior Goodbye Rally. ASB organized a variety of fun activities including tug of war and dodgeball, while celebrating this major milestone. Students, faculty, and staff celebrated the seniors and their countless accomplishments throughout their high school careers!

All School Mass – Marian Mass:

On Thursday, May 22, Mater Dei hosted its annual Marian Mass in the Grotto. As the last All School Mass of the 2024 – 2025 school year, the Marian Mass honors the Blessed Virgin Mary, where all Catholics are called to express devotion and gratitude to the Mother of God.

Prom:

On Thursday, May 22, the most anticipated event of the year, Prom, was held for the upperclassmen. The dance kicked off at 6:00 p.m. and lasted until 10:00 p.m. at the Cerritos Performing Arts Center. This year’s theme was The Great Gatsby. Students were expected to bring their Student ID cards and follow the approved dress code guide. We hope you had a joyous and safe Prom, Monarchs!
