COFFEE CRAZE: Hopper and Burr's mocha is a popular drink among customers and employees alike. Before establishing Hopper and Burr, owner Truman Severson attended a private, 10-seat coffee seminar and learned a lot about how to make coffee and wanted to share his love of it in a simplified but well executed way. Then, Hopper and Burr was created and he has transformed it from a small pop-up spot into an established coffee shop.
