Summer Roy is a sophomore at Mater Dei, and this is her first year as a staff reporter for The Scarlet Scroll. She is an honors student and is on the Mater Dei Track and Field Team and also plays club soccer. Other than playing sports, Summer enjoys cooking, reading, and watching movies. She is super excited about writing and taking eventful pictures for this year’s newspaper.
