Joe Biden’s Presidential Inauguration
On Nov. 7, 2020 our Democracy voted Joseph R. Biden and Kamala Harris to be the 46th President and Vice-President of the United States. The inauguration will take place this Wednesday at the White House and will signify the transfer of power between the Trump Administration to the Biden Administration. You can watch Biden’s inauguration coverage on Wednesday between 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on your local news channel.
Sophomore and junior testing day
Next week, on Jan. 26, sophomores and juniors will participate in testing day. Juniors will take the PSAT on campus and sophomores will take the PACT remotely at home. It will also be a Flex day where seniors and freshmen can come into school for office hours.
Hybrid schedule week of 1/18
The hybrid schedule will be in effect starting this Thursday. Mater Dei will have no school Monday, due to Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and then will have remote learning on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, hybrid students at Mater Dei will be back on campus for in-person classes. As of now, the hybrid schedule will continue for the rest of second semester.
