Theatre New York Tour 

From Apr. 1 through Apr. 5, the Mater Dei Theatre department traveled to New York City, where they had the opportunity to explore new sights and participated in several exciting activities. Students attended Broadway shows and theatre workshops, as well as saw many of the great views of Manhattan. “I loved the makeup and design class we went to. It was so much fun, and we learned so much,” senior Lily Hirsch said. 

Choir Spring Concert 

This Thursday, Apr. 11, Mater Dei Choir groups will be performing in their annual Spring Concert at Segerstrom Concert Hall. After three months of dedicated preparation, students will be showcasing their hard work through beautiful choral music. All School Mass 

On Thursday, Apr. 11, the student body will be celebrating Mass for Christian Service. Gathering in mindful prayer, the all-school Mass will serve as a reminder of the greater community of Mater Dei. “Mass is always a peaceful time reserved for reflection, and I learn important life lessons from the homilies,” senior Naydine Lopez said.
