Varsity Football Vs. Bishop Gorman Game
This Friday, Sept. 6, Mater Dei Football will go head to head against No. 2 in the nation, Bishop Gorman of Nevada. Taking place at the Santa Ana Bowl at 7:00 PM, the anticipated game will be a tough challenge for both teams. The game will be broadcasted live on the NFHS Network and Bally Sports, but student tickets are free and can be found on the GoFan website. MD Unplugged
On Saturday, Sept. 7, Mater Dei Choir will be hosting their annual MD Unplugged Concert in the Grotto at 7:00 PM. Featuring soloists and small group performances, the students are excited to share their talents and hard work with the Mater Dei community. Freshman Retreat
On Friday, Sept. 6, Mater Dei freshmen will embark on a religious journey filled with fun and activities for all freshmen. Campus ministry is holding this adventure and many freshmen are excited for this faith filled day. “I can’t wait to spend more time with God on this retreat,” freshman Grant Foster said.
