Advanced Pricing on Homecoming Tickets has ended:
On Saturday, Oct. 12, Advanced pricing for the 2024 Homecoming dance ended. Normal priced tickets are now available for $100. Be sure to get your ticket before sales close on Oct. 24.
Varsity Football v. Servite:
On Friday Oct.11, the Monarchs faced off against their traditional rival team, the Servite Friars at Mount San Antonio College. With no surprise, Mater Dei prevailed once again ending with a score of 28-6, keeping their winning streak alive. “I think this rivalry game adds so much to the tradition of Mater Dei Football,” senior Lauren Lacson said.
Concert Choir Retreat:
On Friday, Oct. 11, the Concert Choir departed for their annual retreat in Yucaipa. This retreat allows the students involved in the program to bond, practice their singing, and take some time away from their busy lives. Choir members, who attended this retreat in past years, remember how much it added to their choir experience. “I just remember coming back so much closer to my friends,” senior Ava Marks said. “I hope they take this time to improve their skills like we did!”.
