Ava Gomez, Managing Editor
Ava Gomez is a senior at Mater Dei as well as the Managing Editor for The Scarlet Scroll newspaper. This is her second year on the staff and enjoys the close knit family of Student Publications. She enjoys doing yoga and hanging out with friends in her free time. She also loves writing, and has had a passion for it since she was a kid. Outside of being on the newspaper staff, Ava sings in the choir, is apart of ASB, volunteers frequently, and does mock trial. She looks forward to a year where she can demonstrate her passion for writing and be a leader to those around her.
