Students celebrate the holidays during Christmas Spirit Week

CHRISTMAS SPIRIT DRESS DAY
On Dec. 7, Mater Dei had a spirit dress day to get students into the Christmas groove with a red and green dress day. The day was also filled with fun activities such as playing trivia quizzes and receiving candy in one's shoes in honor of St. Nicholas Day. For example, ASB created a trivia quiz that involved emojis. “It was fun to guess terms surrounding Christmas with only emojis for hints,” senior Melanie Montegani said.
![BUILDING THE FUTURE: Plans to build tennis courts and a new Performing Arts Center will be started and completed in the coming years.
