Welcome Dance:

The Welcome Dance was held on Friday, Sept. 8, welcoming freshmen through senior classes to a neon themed dance. The dance was held in the MAC with music, and a Mexican food truck outside. Students came in bright tutus and colorful vests, and enjoyed food throughout the night. 

Upcoming Club Rush:

This Wednesday and Thursday, Sept. 13 and 14, Club Rush will be held during both lunches. Students can sign up for many different clubs, from social to educational. Wednesday will focus on Humanitarian and Awareness Clubs that aspire to better the community and assist Mater Dei students in getting involved. Thursday’s Club Rush will focus on Educational and Social Clubs that teach or aim to help students socialize based on interest. Be sure to check out the Student Pubs Club this Thursday!

Festival of Children:

The Festival of Children was held on Sunday, Sept. 10, and included performances from the Mater Dei Performing Arts Department. The Festival of Children was held at South Coast Plaza, where the Mater Dei Choir performed, as well as the Dance Conservatory, Hip Hop, and Musical Theatre students.
