Madrigal Feast Concert:

This past weekend, Mater Dei Choir held their annual Madrigal Feast Concert at Chapman University. This concert included Christmas themed performances from all choirs and small group performances from Mater Dei Dance and the Handbell Ensemble. All performers showcased amazing talent, and definitely put everyone in the holiday spirit. “I loved performing in Madrigal Feast! It allows me to get in the Christmas spirit,” Chambers singer Niko Manapat said.

Annual Boys’ Basketball Trip:

On Wednesday, Dec. 13, the Varsity Boys’ Basketball Team will be departing for the Bahamas along with coaches and team managers. Boys’ Basketball commonly goes on trips where they compete in tournaments around the world. In the past, they have traveled to places such as London, France, and Hawaii. We wish them safe travels and good luck!

3 Stripe Invitational Tournament: 

On Monday, Dec. 11, Mater Dei held the 3 Stripe Invitational in which members were invited to play golf and attend dinner at Old Ranch Country Club in Seal Beach. The tradition has gone on for many generations with Coach Rollinson and now Coach McManus. The tournament enables the Mater Dei community to donate and benefit Monarchs attending school as well as uniting the extended Monarch family!
