FIRST TIME VOTERS While most high school students are under the legal age to vote, there are many seniors that are able to vote in the upcoming election. The negative is that many of these students know little about political procedure, and have a number of steps to complete to be both informed and legally able to vote. Research and registration are a few of these key steps to vote in the November 2024 election. “I am excited to vote in this election as it will be my first time, but I will need to do research first to help me pick between the candidates,” senior Landen Gonzales said.
