V Girls Soccer vs. Santa Margarita: 

Tuesday, Jan. 20, the Mater Dei Girls Varsity Soccer Team competed against their longtime rival, Santa Margarita. The game began at 5 p.m. at the home soccer field and the final score was 1-1. Great game from the girls soccer team!

The College Athletics Landscape: Navigating Recruiting, Eligibility, and NIL: 

On Tuesday, Jan. 20 from 6-7:30 p.m., Mater Dei counseling hosted this panel event in the LeVecke Center to educate student-athletes and families about the future of college athletics, recruiting, NCAA eligibility, financial planning, etc. This event was an amazing opportunity to see what the recruiting process was about.

Shadow Day:

Mater Dei hosted another Shadow Day on Thursday, Jan. 22. These future Monarchs had the opportunity to take part in a campus-wide tour and experience the realistic everyday life of a current Mater Dei student.
